Return Policy

VERY IMPORTANT

Do not receive the courier package if the pouch is tampered or not sealed.

Do not open the perfume if its wrong item.

Take a picture and contact us, we will send the replacement immediately.

ORDER CANCELLATION

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped.

If your order has been shipped and you need to make a change or cancel an order do not receive the pouch so it will return to us without any hassle on your side.

If your order has been paid and you really need to cancel we will process your refund upon receiving your cancelled order (we hope you understand).

 

PRODUCT RETURNS

The Product including the Box Packaging (if applicable) and Plastic Cover (if applicable) especially Perfumes must be on the same condition the day you have received it. Plastic Cover should not have any Damages caused by mishandling or improper opening of the package. Proof of Purchase is also required. We can only accept returns of defective perfumes.

 

NOT QUALIFIED FOR RETURNS

We will not refund or replace if:

  1. Changed your mind
  2. Don’t like the smell
  3. Don’t like the color
  4. Opened products
  5. Used products
  6. Misuse or Abused products
  7. Normal wear and tear
  8. Replaced products
  9. Quickly evaporates the scent from your skin
  10. Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address, no person to receive the items)
  11. Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Scentfie Philippines (i.e. delayed by a natural disaster, courier fault)
  12. Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of Scentfie Philippines.
  13. The products returns did not arrive to us
  14. You did not return the products to us (send the proof of returns to support@scentfie.com)
  15. Proof of defective / damaged product (please send the proof to support@scentfie.com)

REFUNDS and REPLACEMENT

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a Refund or Replacement of damaged (Factory Damage), faulty or wrong products.

If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a replacement. If you do not want the wrong product you’ve received contact us immediately.

We will refund the return shipping cost due to our mistakes or due to factory damage.

We will be inspecting the product first. Then we will send you a notification via email or text message if we will allow or deny your request. If approved, we will process it as soon as possible.

Approved refunds can take up to 7 days to appear in your Paypal, Bank/Credit Card account. If your refund hasn’t appeared after 7 days, please contact your bank directly and ask about pending refunds on your account.

We will send to you the proof of refunds we made.
